Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes; spread in pie shell.
    Toss cheese with flour; sprinkle over mushrooms and onions.
    Beat eggs with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
