Liver Roll-Ups(Appetizers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

water chestnuts
chicken livers
bacon
soy sauce
brown sugar
Preparation

Fold 1/3 of a chestnut in each liver and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Marinate at least 4 hours in soy sauce. Dip each one in brown sugar.
Boil about 15 minutes until liver is done.
