Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground emu, trimmed
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices bread
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

In mixing bowl, season meat with salt and pepper.
In separate bowl, soak bread in milk.
Mix meat with onion, then add bread and egg.
Roll into small 1-inch balls and place on broiler pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Freezes well.
Serves 8.
