Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed ground meat (beef, pork veal or just beef)
    1/3 c. fresh white bread crumbs
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of white or black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and water.
    Let soak for 5 minutes.
    Peel onion.
    Grate finely.
    In another bowl, combine meat, grated onion, salt and pepper.
    Add crumb mixture.
    Combine until well blended.
    Roll meat mixture into even meatballs with hands.
