Lucille'S Caramel Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

2 loaves frozen bread, thawed
butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
cinnamon
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup cream
Preparation

Let bread dough rise until about double in bulk. Roll out to 1/2 inch. Spread butter all over. Combine 1 cup each brown and white sugar and cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle over butter. Roll dough as tight as possible, pinch seam together. Cut with very sharp knife 1 1/2 inch thick. Combine cream and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and pour in 9 x 13 inch pan, then lay rolls on top. Let rise a little and bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
