Fruit Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (8 oz.) carton orange-flavored yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 medium banana, sliced
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
    In a small bowl, combine the reserved syrup, yogurt and lemon juice.
    In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cabbage, oranges, celery, nuts and raisins.
    Fold in yogurt mixture.
    Gently fold in the banana. Cover and chill.
    Makes 8 servings.
