Soy Chicken Skillet(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 lb. chicken breasts
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/8 c. raisins
    1/2 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips and coat with flour.
    In a large skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken.
    Drain pineapple and save juice.
    Combine 1 cup of juice, soy, ketchup and honey.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with raisins.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
