Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. roast beef, cut into chunks
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Marinate roast in refrigerator for 2 days.
    Cook over low heat in covered pan until tender.
