Turkey Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
2 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish, drained
1 medium-size Granny Smith apple, peeled and shredded
1/2 small onion, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix meat, horseradish, apple, onion, salt and parsley flakes.
Shape turkey mixture into four (1 inch) thick patties.
Spray rack in boiling pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties on rack.
