Play-Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Mix ingredients in saucepan.
Add food coloring.
Cook about 5 minutes to form a ball.
Let cool and then knead.
