Texas Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can cut tomatoes
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 head lettuce
    10 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. picante to taste
    2 tsp. jalapenos
Preparation
    Brown ground beef over medium heat.
    Salt to taste while cooking.
    Shred lettuce in food processor or with a knife.
    Mash cut tomatoes or put into blender until they are small chunks.
    Add minced garlic and oregano to tomatoes.
    Add salt to taste.
