Mom'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked
    1 lb. New York sharp cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, sauteed until clear in butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter or canola oil until transparent.
    Add prepared mustard and cornstarch, then add milk into the mixture. Add approximately 1/3 of grated sharp cheese and mix in salt. Butter or spray with Pam a deep dish baking pan.
    Put in layer of macaroni; cover with sauce and sprinkle grated New York sharp cheese and repeat.
    Leave enough sauce and cheese for the top. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Reheat any leftovers in microwave. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
