Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
    5 to 6 tortillas (corn)
    1 c. cottage cheese, drained
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add all spices and tomatoes; heat through. Cover bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish with 1/2 tortillas.
    Pour beef mixture over tortillas, place 2nd layer of tortillas over meat mixture.
    Combine cheeses and egg; pour over tortillas and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
