Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortellini, thawed
    1/4 lb. cooked and drained bacon
    2 medium cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. small white beans, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes (undrained)
    1 medium yellow or red pepper, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
Preparation
    Saute garlic in bacon drippings.
    Add spinach, broth, beans and tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add tortellini; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining crumbled bacon and pepper.
    Cook a few minutes and serve.
