Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless tenderloin or sirloin
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. beef bouillon (cubes)
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or 1 medium can
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into 2 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips or cubes.
    Coat 6 to 8 strips at a time in mixture of 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Melt butter in skillet; add meat and onion. Brown slowly.
