Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and mash. Add ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter.
    Can be refrigerated up to 2 to 3 days. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
