Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
12 pimento-stuffed olives
1 Tbsp. olive juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Chill.
Makes about 4 cups.
