Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Del Monte brand Cajun recipe stewed tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 halves boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Puree one can of tomatoes.
    Chop remaining can of tomatoes. In skillet combine tomatoes and garlic.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in chicken and sausage.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
