Chocolate In-Betweens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick cook oats
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and salt.
    Add flour and oats until crumbles.
    Press about 2/3 cup mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
