Salmon On Half Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes
    1/3 c. milk (add more if needed)
    2 tsp. sauteed onions, chopped
    3/4 c. canned or cooked salmon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt & pepper to taste
    Dash of poultry & Italian seasoning
    Chopped parsley
    Fried onions, bacon bits, Cheddar cheese (if desired for garnish)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Cut in half and scoop out insides.
    Mash with next 7 ingredients until smooth.
    Refill potato shells without pressing down.
    Sprinkle with fried onions, bacon bits or cheese if desired.
    Brown in 450\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes.
    Serve with salad or vegetable.
