Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 large onion, diced (1 c.)
    1 green pepper, diced (1 c.)
    3/4 large jar Cheez Whiz
    2 cans cream of mushroom condensed soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage with onion and green pepper. Drain. Add soup and Cheez Whiz.
    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
    Spread rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Top with sausage mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. (Easily made up night before and refrigerated overnight before baking.)
