Crunchy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple tidbits, drain - reserve 1 Tbsp. juice
2 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese - softened
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh chives (or tops of green onions) cut up
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all but juice, mix well, then stir in juice (reserved from pineapple).
Mix well, cover and chill.
Serve with crackers. Yields 3 cups.
