Sausage And Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
8 oz. pkg. brown and serve sausage links
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook cauliflower as directed; drain.
Brown sausage links as directed.
Remove and keep warm.
In skillet over low heat, melt oleo.
Stir in flour and salt until blended.
Gradually stir in milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce, stirring, until cheese melts.
