Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small diced onion
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans shrimp, drained and rinsed
Preparation

On low heat, warm tomato soup and add gelatin until dissolved. Then add cream cheese until melted, stirring constantly.
Add rinsed, drained, mashed shrimp, mayonnaise, onion and parsley. Brush jello mold with mayonnaise and after pouring mixture into mold, refrigerate overnight.
