Corned Beef Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake the pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Crumble corned beef hash into pie shell.
    Top with the cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hash and cheese.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Cool for 25 minutes before serving.
