Blueberry Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening (increase to 8 Tbsp. if using low-fat milk)
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    salt
    cinnamon and sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add egg and beat.
    Add milk, then flour, baking powder and salt alternately.
    Add 1/2 cup or more of blueberries to the batter and 1/2 cup on top.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake in 8 x 11-inch pan for about 25 minutes or until done.
