Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes, sliced or quartered
Preparation
    Dissolve jello gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    In pot, add butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add sweet potatoes and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, basting frequently.
    When syrup thickens and is glossy, remove from heat.
