Scallops In White Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. water
1 c. white wine
Preparation
-
In saucepan, heat oil, garlic and all seasonings.
Add water and wine.
Add scallops.
Cover and simmer over low flame for 20 minutes.
