Low-Fat Party Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Corn Chex cereal
    1 c. Rice Chex cereal
    1 c. Crispix cereal
    1 c. Shredded Wheat (bite size)
    1 c. Cheerios (Tic-Tac-Toe)
    2 c. pretzels (Mr. Salty fat-free)
    3 c. popcorn, air popped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. hickory smoked salt
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
Preparation
    In a large baking pan, combine first 7 ingredients.
    As you add each cereal, spray very lightly with a vegetable spray.
    This will help the cereal mixture absorb the seasonings.
    Stir.
    Combine the 2 sauces and liquid smoke.
    Sprinkle over cereal mixture, stir often.
    Combine remaining 5 ingredients and sprinkle over party mix, stirring several times.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
