Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of oil.
    Boil squash until tender. Pour off water.
    Add egg and milk, after mixing together.
    Add also the cracker crumbs and 1 cup cheese.
    Pour into a baking dish.
    Put 1/2 cup grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
