Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 sticks oleo
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oleo. Add egg. Sift flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Add to creamed mixture.
Roll and cut with glass.
Fill with apricot or raisins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
