Ingredients

1 c. unsalted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation

Cream butter
and sugar together.
Add the egg yolk and vanilla, blending well.
Blend in the flour, little at a time. Fold in
the
crushed
chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
