Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and banana and mix well.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, sift flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch bread pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean from center.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Wrap loaf in foil and store in refrigerator.
