Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, mostly crust
    1 lb. sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 oz. shredded cheese
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and cool sausage; beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and dry mustard, beat again.
    Add bread (make into crumbs first) and stir. Add cheese, sausage, mushrooms and stir.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown around edges.
