* Leroy'S Trout * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 trout (1 to 1/2 lb. each)
    2/3 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Clean trout and roll in dry ingredients, which you can mix well.
    Insert 1/2 slice bacon in cavity of trout and fry until done in equal parts butter or margarine and shortening.
