Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 small can pineapple
    1 can coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients, beat in eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add other ingredients and pour into well-greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 80 minutes.
    A very moist cake that freezes well.
