Huiguoi Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked squash
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/4 lb cottage cheese (skim)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup margarine, melted
    1/3 cup raisins
    8-10 shredded almonds
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
