Tuna Ball Or Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tuna (in spring water)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    nuts
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Mix with cream cheese.
    Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Roll in a ball or a log.
    Roll in nuts.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
