Buttersweet Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch square pan.
Put 1/2 cup nuts into blender and process until chopped.
Empty into mixing bowl. Repeat with remaining nuts.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl with nuts.
Set aside.
Put eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla and chocolate into blender.
Cover and process until smooth.
Pour over flour mixture and mix until well blended.
Spread in prepared pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
Cut in bars or squares.
Yields 24.
