Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 slices bread (white or wheat)
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in vegetable oil.
    In large bowl, break bread and add onion, celery, ground beef, shredded carrot, egg and half of can of tomato sauce.
    Stir and blend thoroughly.
    Shape in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
