Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. saltines or Ritz crackers, crushed or mix them
    1 1/4 sticks margarine
    3 large sliced Vidalia onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Pour 1/4 of melted margarine over cracker crumbs. Saute onions in remaining margarine. Layer crumbs and onions, ending with crumbs. Mix eggs, flour and milk; pour over onions and cracker crumbs. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
