Carrot Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat sugar, vegetable oil and eggs.
    Mix in rest of ingredients.
    Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 325\u00b0.
