Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red apples
    lemon juice
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. walnuts
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dice the unpeeled cored red eating apples. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to prevent darkening. Mix with the celery, walnuts and a little mayonnaise.
    Chill.
    Serve in lettuce cups. Makes 4 servings.
