Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 slivers garlic (1 Tbsp.)
1 can flat anchovies (whole can with oil)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
juice of 1 fresh lemon or 1 1/2 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
1/4 to 1/3 c. oil
white rice wine vinegar (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 head romaine lettuce, tear into bite size pieces
Preparation

Mesh in wooden bowl the first 7 ingredients. Stir all ingredients together. Toss lettuce together with dressing mixture. Add ground pepper, croutons and top with Parmesan cheese.
