Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and salt in a 2-quart bowl.
    Cook 5 minutes on High in microwave.
    Stir in nuts; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir; cook for 2 minutes.
    Stir; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir; cook 2 minutes. Stir; 13 minutes in all.
    At once add margarine and vanilla.
    Add soda last.
    Mix will be foamy.
    Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Spread thin.
    Cool.
    Break into pieces.
