Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can English peas, drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small jar pimentos
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced red onion
1 c. green bell pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a
saucepan, mix the sugar, white vinegar, oil, salt and pepper together.
Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from
heat. Cool completely and pour over vegetables in a large bowl.
Refrigerate\t2 to 3 hours or overnight for best flavor. Will keep several weeks, covered, in refrigerator.
