Cream Cheese Fish Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    fish, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir together cheese, onion, mushrooms and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs. Between 2 sheets of waxed paper, roll fish thin.
    Spread cheese mixture over flattened fish.
    Roll and secure with toothpick, if necessary.
    If fish is smaller and will not roll, sandwich cheese between 2 pieces of fish.
    Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Saute in butter approximately 5 to 10 minutes on each side until fish is done.
