Tulsa Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    12 oz. frozen lemon-aid
    12 oz. frozen orange juice
    6 oz. frozen lime juice
    Vodka, optional
Preparation
    Make a syrup of water and sugar.
    Boil 15 minutes and cool. Mix syrup with remaining ingredients.
    Freeze to a slushy consistency before mixing with 7-up or ginger ale.
    Mix 50% slush to 50% 7-up/ginger ale.
    The punch is much better slushy.
    May want to freeze the juice mixture fairly firm and don't mix remainder until just before serving.
