Pork-Yam-Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork (stir-fry or medallions)
    1 medium to large yam or 2 small ones
    2 apples, Granny Smith or McIntosh, work well
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork.
    Bake yams in skin.
    Pull off skins after cooling enough to handle after baking.
    Peel apples.
    Slice.
    Season with cinnamon.
