Ham And Asparagus Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Plumrose Danish ham
    1 pkg. frozen asparagus spears
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Muenster cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice ham 1/4 inch thick.
    Cook asparagus until tender; drain. Alternate slices of ham and asparagus in a shallow baking dish. Melt margarine; stir in flour, milk and sour cream.
    Stir in Muenster cheese; cook until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour sauce over ham and asparagus.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake in 400\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes or until top is brown. Serve hot.
    Serves 3 to 4.
